Togo–Mali: A Partnership for More Harmonized and Effective Regulation

A week after the official visit, ARCEP Togo welcomed a delegation from the Malian Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications, Information Technology and Post (AMRTP) . This mission is part of a South-South cooperation framework , aimed at strengthening regulatory capacities and promoting good practices in quality management in the telecommunications sector. The main objective of this technical visit was to study the Togolese model for implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard , for which ARCEP Togo has been certified since September 2023 , with renewal due in 2024 .
