At least twenty-three people have been killed in a Russian air strike on the village of Yarova in eastern Ukraine, according to Ukrainian officials. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the victims were civilians who had gathered to collect their pensions when the attack took place. Donetsk regional leader Vadym Filashkin reported that as many people were wounded as killed, with emergency services rushing to the scene.
