Francophonie’s “D-CLIC” Project Brings Digital Skills to Togo’s Kpalimé
The International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) will expand its flagship digital training initiative, “D-CLIC, digital training with the OIF”, to Kpalimé starting September 2025. 150 Youth to Be Trained The program will enroll 150 young people aged 18–35, with a focus on two in-demand areas: Communication and Digital Marketing Web and Mobile Development Training will last four months, delivered in person with personalised coaching. Outstanding students will have the opportunity to obtain international PECB certification, alongside national and Francophone-recognised certificates. Boosting Youth Employability According to the OIF, the goal goes beyond technical skills. The initiative is designed to increase youth employability, encourage self-employment, and strengthen Togo’s digital ecosystem.
