BREAKING: Supreme Court dismisses Sule Lamido’s son Aminu’s appeal on undeclared $40,000 cash
The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by Aminu Sule Lamido, son of former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido, challenging his conviction for failing to declare $40,000 at the airport and for making a false declaration of foreign currency in a case brought by the EFCC. In a unanimous judgment delivered on Friday by a five‑member panel, the apex court resolved all three issues raised in the appeal against Aminu and held that the case lacked merit.
