Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang Kicks Off Eastern Region Campaign Tour.
Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has commenced a two-day campaign tour in the Eastern Region, visiting key constituencies such as Akuapim South, Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Suhum, and Yilo Krobo. During her visits, she aims to drum up support for the NDC and its flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, ahead of the December 7 general elections. Her campaign focuses on improving healthcare, including plans to build a 500-bed children's hospital and establish a state-of-the-art fertility center if the NDC wins. She also reaffirmed the party's commitment to reinstating free sanitary pads for female students, a policy previously politicized but seen as crucial for keeping girls in school.Prof. Opoku-Agyemang completed a similar tour in the Western North Region last week, encouraging voters to support the NDC for a better future.
