US Revokes Visas of Six Foreigners Over Posts on Charlie Kirk’s Killing
The United States Department of State has revoked the visas of six foreign nationals who made social media posts celebrating or justifying the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. In a statement released on X Tuesday evening, the Department said, “The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans.” The announcement included screenshots of posts from individuals in South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, Germany, and Argentina. All six have now been declared “no longer welcome in the US.” According to the State Department, one Argentine user wrote that Kirk “devoted his life to spreading racist and misogynistic rhetoric” and “deserves to burn in hell.” Similar posts from others expressed support for Kirk’s death, calling him a racist and a Nazi sympathizer.
