At just 22, Chineye Okeke, a TikTok dancer from Anambra State, is rewriting the narrative of disability with resilience, courage, and creativity. Born with cerebral palsy, a neurological condition that affects muscle control and movement, she has turned what many considered a limitation into a source of strength and inspiration.
