Manipulated videos and social media accounts impersonating her have been circulating, causing victims, including one who lost her retirement savings, to fall for the scam.While Geingos' team has been addressing the issue for almost two years, it has escalated recently, with more fake accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and X. Geingos personally appealed to the public to report these fraudulent activities, emphasizing that she does not promote forex schemes or ask for money on social media.Cybersecurity experts warn that such scams are becoming a widespread threat globally, often exploiting celebrities' reputations to gain victims' trust.
