Ladipo vows to use CASS role to unite African supporters
President General of the Nigerian Football Supporters Club worldwide, Dr Rafiu Ladipo, says his election as Patron of the Confederation of African Sports Supporters (CASS) is one of the biggest achievements of his career and a mandate to drive unity among fan groups on the continent. Ladipo explained at a media briefing that his recent election in Casablanca, Morocco, crowned decades of dedication to promoting sports, unity and positive fan culture in Africa and beyond. He said he plans to use the new platform to strengthen collaboration among national supporters’ clubs and project a more organised image of African fans globally.
