England Plans Ban on Energy Drink Sales to Under-16s

The UK government has announced plans to ban the sale of high-caffeine energy drinks such as Red Bull to children under 16 in England, citing growing health concerns. Health Secretary Wes Streeting said the move aims to promote healthier lifestyles for young people. “By preventing shops from selling these drinks to kids, we’re helping build the foundations for healthier and happier generations to come,” Streeting stated.
