Tottenham Hotspur have entered discussions with Manchester City over a potential deal for Brazil winger Savinho, with talks taking place in recent days. The 21-year-old was a key figure for City last season, but uncertainty over his future has emerged following the club’s summer signing of France winger Rayan Cherki from Lyon.
