Former CJN Ariwoola Defends Record, Says Judgments Were Fair
Olukayode Ariwoola, the immediate past Chief Justice of Nigeria, has stated that all his judgments were given without bias and that his conscience is clear. In an exclusive interview, Ariwoola said he handled all cases on merit, guided by evidence and the law. He emphasized that his decisions, including those from his time as Chairman of the Armed Robbery Tribunal and his work in election-related courts, were based only on facts and justice.
