The New Takoradi beach received a boost in environmental sustainability during this festive season thanks to a thoughtful cleanup initiative. Markus Hilger, the Western Regional Coordinator of GIZ Ghana, alongside his children Joshua and Noah, organized a community beach cleanup and donated essential sanitation tools.The effort, inspired by a family discussion on sustainable giving, aimed to tackle the environmental impact of excessive packaging often associated with holiday gifts.
