Bandits raid Kwara community, abduct four in midnight attack
Suspected bandits have attacked a community in Kwara State, kidnapping four residents during a midnight raid. The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday when the armed men invaded the area, shooting into the air and forcing residents out of their homes. The attackers were said to have abducted a man, a woman and her two female children before escaping into the nearby forest. Community sources explained that the assault lasted several minutes without any immediate security response, leaving villagers terrified and helpless.
