Salah unhappy after being benched, says Liverpool coach
Liverpool manager Arne Slot has admitted that Mohamed Salah was unhappy after being dropped to the bench but described the Egyptian forward as “superhuman” in the way he responded on the pitch. Salah started as a substitute in Liverpool’s recent match, a rare move for one of the club’s key players, and came on to make an impact despite his frustration at not being in the starting lineup.
