Mbappe leads Champions League scorers after group stage
Kylian Mbappe leads the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League scoring chart with 13 goals after the group style league phase, setting a new record for that stage of the competition. The Real Madrid forward hit a brace on Matchday 8 against Benfica to pull clear in the race for the Golden Boot. Harry Kane of Bayern Munich is second on the list with eight goals, while Manchester City’s Erling Haaland is third with seven. Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon, Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen have each scored six times. Several other players have also enjoyed strong scoring runs.
