Ablakwa gives diplomatic passports to 5 Ghanaians
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has presented diplomatic passports to five distinguished Ghanaians: travel vlogger Wode Maya, Grammy-nominated reggae musician Rocky Dawuni, broadcaster Anita Erskine, visual artist Ibrahim Mahama, and entrepreneur Dentaa Amoateng MBE. The initiative is designed to strengthen Ghana’s cultural diplomacy and expand its people-to-people engagements worldwide. According to the ministry, the recipients were chosen because of their international reach and their proven records in promoting Ghanaian and African culture abroad. The diplomatic passports are expected to support them in “connecting Ghana to the world” through cultural exchange, trade promotion, and global engagement.
