14th NUSSA Games Kick Off in Kano: A Celebration of Sports and Unity Bayero University Kano (BUK) launched the 14th Nigerian Universities Staff Sports Association (NUSSA) Games on May 24, 2025, at the Ahmadu Adamu Muazu Stadium, marking a week of fierce yet friendly competition among academic and non-academic staff from 35 Nigerian universities. With 1,131 athletes competing across 15 sports, the event underscores the role of sports in bridging divides and promoting national cohesion.
