As of October 22, 2024, Ghana’s UK visa application services will now be managed by VFS Global, replacing TLScontact. This transition is expected to streamline application processes with reduced biometric and submission times and an average passport collection time of 20 minutes. Located at the Grand Oyeeman Building in Accra, the new center promises improved customer service, including clearer service information. According to Marc Owen, Director at UK Visas and Immigration, this change brings “digital innovations and convenience” for Ghanaian applicants.
