Wang Yi’s Delhi Visit Signals India’s Strategic Autonomy Amid US Pressure
China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, visited New Delhi this week in what Beijing described as an effort to “enhance political mutual trust.” Wang, also a member of the CPC Central Committee and China’s Special Representative on the boundary issue, met with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval during the trip.
