Odumodublvck: I’m ready to reconcile with Blaqbonez if he apologises

Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck says he is open to ending his rift with colleague Blaqbonez, but only if he receives a direct and sincere apology. He made this known in a recent Pulse podcast interview, explaining that his Christian upbringing teaches him to forgive but insists that forgiveness must follow genuine remorse. Odumodublvck revealed that Blaqbonez has so far avoided approaching him personally, instead sending respected industry figures to plead on his behalf. He criticised this approach, saying real men take responsibility for their actions and that humility is essential for true reconciliation. The rapper stressed that their disagreement, which started in 2025, goes beyond normal hip hop rivalry. He accused Blaqbonez of trying to downplay the issue by treating it like a typical rap beef and releasing diss tracks, whereas he sees the matter as personal and deeper than music. […]

Vector: Why I see church as people, not a building

Nigerian rapper Vector Tha Viper says he does not believe in “church” as a physical building but as human beings whose hearts are turned towards God. He shared his views on faith in a recent episode of the BTC podcast, where he explained why he no longer attends church services. Vector said the Bible shows that God is more interested in a person’s heart than in any religious structure. He described church buildings as mere edifices and insisted that the real church is the community of believers and the individual relationship each person has with God. Quoting from a text he said was linked to the Gospel of Thomas, Vector argued that the “kingdom of God” is not in the sky or the sea but within and around each person. He added that people discover God by knowing themselves and […]

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have scheduled an international friendly against Jordan in Amman next month, even as their 2026 World Cup fate remains uncertain. Jordan, nicknamed The Chivalrous Ones, will use the game as part of preparations for their debut World Cup appearance, where they will face Argentina, Algeria and Austria in the group stage. For Nigeria, the fixture is designed to keep the team active and assess new players while waiting for FIFA’s verdict on their eligibility protest against DR Congo. The Nigeria Football Federation has challenged DR Congo’s use of several players in last year’s African play off final, claiming they switched allegiance without fully meeting FIFA rules and referencing dual citizenship issues.
