Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh has publicly showered praises on her ex husband, businessman Olakunle Churchill, during their son King Andre’s 10th birthday party, marking another major step in their recent reconciliation. The former couple, who were locked in a bitter feud for years after their 2017 divorce, reunited at a football themed party in Abuja attended by friends, family and celebrities to celebrate their son’s milestone age.
In a viral clip from the event, Tonto took the microphone and thanked Churchill for his role in their son’s life, describing him as “an amazing father.” She went on to say, “Churchill, you are an amazing father, and I just want to thank you so much. Thank you. I love you with the love of God, and I wish you all the best,” drawing cheers from guests at the party.
The actress and politician recently revealed that she has fully made peace with Churchill for the sake of their child, stressing that forgiveness and spiritual growth helped her let go of past hurt. Their renewed cordial relationship had earlier seen them pose for a joint family photoshoot with King Andre, with Tonto restoring his surname as “King Andre Churchill” after previously dropping it during their years of conflict.

Iranian sailors leave Sri Lanka after attack
More than 200 Iranian sailors who had been stranded in Sri Lanka following a naval incident have now returned home after spending over a month in the country. Court orders final forfeiture of $13m linked to Oceangate Engineering
A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the final forfeiture of 13 million dollars linked to Oceangate Engineering Oil and Gas Ltd, a company associated with businesswoman Aisha Achimugu. Justice Emeka Nwite granted the request by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for the money to be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government. Bandits raid Kwara church, abduct worshippers during service
Armed bandits have attacked a church in Kwara State, abducting several worshippers during a service.
