Nigerian billionaire businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, has expressed disappointment with comedian and content creator Carter Efe for destroying the brand new car he recently gifted him. E-Money had only days earlier surprised Carter Efe with a 2025 Toyota Corolla reportedly worth about N70 million during a live session, sparking widespread praise for his generosity.
Trouble started when Carter Efe engaged fellow influencer Peller in a heated clash that was livestreamed on TikTok, with both men seen angrily smashing each other’s car windscreens with stones. The incident left the gifted car badly damaged and triggered outrage from many Nigerians, who described the act as disrespectful to E-Money and a poor display of gratitude.
Reacting to the development, E-Money reportedly scolded Carter Efe and made it clear he was “not happy” that a car he gave in good faith was recklessly vandalised in such a manner. He went on to unfollow the skit maker on Instagram, a move interpreted by fans as a strong sign of displeasure and a possible end to their cordial relationship.
