The actor said the claims are false and warned the public to be careful of impersonators using his name and picture on social media to deceive people.

His reaction followed online reports suggesting that he was connected to a scam involving fake romantic relationships and fraud.

Ogbonna said he has no involvement in any such case and urged people to verify accounts before trusting messages or requests from strangers online.
