US Conducts Airstrikes on Iran’s Fordow, Natanz Nuclear Facilities
The United States has launched airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites , using powerful bunker-busting bombs on locations such as Fordow and Natanz , which had previously suffered damage confirmed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) .
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised President Donald Trump for what he described as a historic move:
“This action changes the course of history in our fight against Iran’s nuclear ambitions.”
The attacks triggered immediate retaliation from Iran, which launched missiles toward Israel , injuring at least 16 people .
Expert: Attack Violates International Law, Risks More Conflict
Analysts have condemned the U.S. strike as a breach of international law and a setback for diplomacy.
They argue that the use of force undermines ongoing efforts to negotiate limits on Iran’s nuclear program.
“This sets back dialogue and increases the risk of escalation,” one expert said.

Some also say targeting enrichment sites like Fordow and Natanz will not stop Iran long-term but may provoke more aggressive actions.
