The Federal Government of Nigeria has taken a bold step toward modernizing law enforcement with the unveiling of a state-of-the-art smart Divisional Police Station in Katampe, Mpape, Abuja. The facility, constructed by the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF) , was handed over to the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) in a ceremony underscoring the government’s commitment to enhancing internal security .

Senator Ibrahim Gaidam , Minister of Police Affairs, emphasized that the project aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda , which prioritizes safer communities and strengthened police operations . He stated, “This facility is a testament to the government’s unwavering resolve to ensure a safer, more secure Nigeria.”
