Ghanaian actress and socialite Moesha Bodoung has recently shared updates on her health nearly nine months after suffering a stroke. In a phone interview with nkonkonsa.com, she revealed that she has been facing significant challenges, including difficulty walking and speaking.
“I was bedridden for several months and couldn’t walk or talk at all. I am grateful that I’m improving now, although I still struggle to speak clearly. Half of my body is paralyzed; one of my legs and one of my hands aren’t functioning properly, which makes it hard for me to type on my phone. I can only talk,” Moesha explained.
Despite her ongoing challenges, she remains optimistic about her recovery. “I have faith that God will heal me completely, and I will achieve my dream of becoming a global superstar,” she expressed.
Following her stroke earlier this year, her brother, Ebito Boduong, initiated a GoFundMe campaign to raise $10,000 to cover her medical expenses. So far, the campaign has garnered about $5,158, which Moesha has confirmed is being used for her medical care.
In light of her struggles, Moesha’s story serves as a reminder of the importance of support and resilience in the face of adversity.
