A tragic incident unfolded in Adugyama, Ashanti Region, as an 18-year-old suspect allegedly shot and killed a commercial motorcycle rider (Okada) on March 4. After the attack, the suspect attempted to flee with the victim’s motorbike but got involved in an accident. He was later arrested and taken to Mankranso Hospital for treatment.
The situation escalated when a group of Okada riders stormed the hospital, demanding justice for their fallen colleague. However, the police intervened to prevent further violence and took the suspect into custody.
The Adugyama community remains in shock as investigations continue.
