Ghanaian actress and producer Yvonne Nelson has firmly stated that she has no interest in undergoing body enhancement procedures, preferring instead to have more children. In a candid interview on Joy News’ Career Trail, Yvonne expressed her satisfaction with her natural appearance and explained that she doesn’t believe altering her body would bring any real benefits.
âI donât think enhancing any part of my body is going to help me in any way,â she said, emphasizing that if she ever found herself in the hospital, it would be for childbirth, not cosmetic surgery.
Yvonne shared her concerns about the psychological impact of body enhancement, noting that many people choose such procedures due to low self-confidence. As a mother, she also stated her desire to set a good example for her children, fearing difficult questions about body changes in the future. “Iâm okay with how I look. I am content,” she concluded.
She also cautioned young girls against the dangers of body enhancements, explaining that once one part of the body is altered, the desire to change other aspects may follow, leading to a cycle of dissatisfaction.
