Government Showcases Progress at Northern Regional Townhall in Tamale.
The Ministry of Information recently held a townhall meeting in Tamale to highlight government projects and initiatives over the past years. All Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) from the Northern Region presented the achievements they have made to improve the well-being of the people. Information Minister Fatimatu Abubakar emphasized that the event aimed to ensure transparency and accountability, showcasing the government’s success across key sectors such as roads, agriculture, education, and health. Northern Regional Minister Alhaji Shani Alhassan Saibu further noted that the region has made significant progress in physical infrastructure and human development, contributing to President Nana Akufo-Addo's vision for national transformation.
