Ghana-Diaspora Home Purchase Expo Doubles Frequency After Massive Success.
The maiden Ghana-Diaspora Home Purchase Expo, organized by HTS Constructions and sponsored by Nilex Properties, will now be held twice a year instead of annually. The decision follows overwhelming participation, both virtual and in-person, from Ghanaians living abroad in locations such as London, the US, Germany, Canada, and Australia.The two-day event provided attendees with free legal, investment, and tax advisory services while offering direct interaction with real estate developers showcasing apartments, townhouses, condos, and serviced plots.Lead organizer Alex Osei-Owusu expressed satisfaction with the success of the expo, themed “Our homes, our investment, our heritage”, saying it exceeded expectations.
