Black Stars budget will be made known at the right time – Sports Minister
Sports and Recreation Minister Kofi Adams has assured Ghanaians that the budget for the Black Stars’ recent World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar will be disclosed at the appropriate time. During his February State of the Nation Address, President John Mahama underscored the importance of transparency in national sports, directing that budgets for the national teams be made public. He also tasked the Ministry of Sports with ensuring the Ghana Football Association (GFA) accounts for expenditures related to the two qualifying fixtures.
