Canada and Ghana Ink Landmark Air Transport Deal

In a groundbreaking agreement to boost travel and trade, Canada and Ghana have signed their first-ever air transport deal. Announced by Canada’s Transport Minister Anita Anand, the agreement grants airlines from both nations the rights to operate scheduled passenger and cargo flights. Under the deal, each country’s airlines can operate up to 14 weekly passenger flights and 10 all-cargo flights.The agreement also allows multiple airlines to serve various destinations within both countries, increasing competition and improving travel options.
