The Director of the Ghana Health Service (GHS) in the Bono Region has made an urgent call for the employment of more nurses to address the growing healthcare needs in the region. The Director emphasized that the shortage of nursing staff is putting a strain on healthcare facilities, impacting the quality of care provided to patients.
The appeal comes at a time when the demand for healthcare services is rising, and there is a pressing need to strengthen the workforce to ensure that all communities in the Bono Region have access to adequate medical care.
