The 2nd edition of the Ghana Dance Industry (GHADI) Awards took place on February 8, 2025, at the National Theatre, honoring the top talents in the local dance scene. Dancegod Lloyd was crowned Dancer of the Year, while DWP Academy won Street Dance Group of the Year. Afronitaaa and Abigail were awarded Dance Merit Awards for their roles as ambassadors of street dance culture. The event also saw performances from various dance groups and recognized 22 dance icons for their exceptional contributions. The awards, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, emphasized the importance of celebrating Ghana’s dancers both locally and internationally.
