The University of Ghana’s Academic Affairs Directorate has issued a notice to prospective students for the 2024/2025 academic year. Following the release of the 2024 WASSCE results, applicants are urged to log in to the UG applications portal to verify key details, including their full name, date of birth, examination records, and index numbers.
Applications for the upcoming academic year remain open, with e-vouchers available through designated banks or via the USSD code 8879#. However, the application portal will close at midnight on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Applicants are encouraged to consult the University’s 2023/2024 cut-off grades to align their programme choices realistically with their qualifications.
